Paddle into Abel Tasman National Park from Golden Bay

Experience the magical northern end of the Abel Tasman and beyond. We are the only tour operator that will allow you to paddle the full length of the Abel Tasman National Park.

We will give you a comprehensive safety briefing which will take at least 2 hrs. For this reason you will need to be at our Tata Beach base the day before departure. Because of the remote nature of Separation Point you will be leaving early the following morning.

We provide you with stable Dobbe Doubles. Also sprayskirts, life jackets, paddles, flares and, if required, a spot tracker or PLB .(Check Our Kayaks for the details about Dobbe Double)

You are responsible for your own safety and the equipment during the rental period. Sea kayaking has associated risks. Our requirements are:

- Minimum number of two people

- Everyone needs to be water confident

- At least one member of each group must have previous experience in sea activities, outdoor weather, camping and map reading.

- Minimum age 14 years old

Please note that due to demand most multi day trips longer than 'Taupo Point overnight special' are not available between December 20th 2011 and January 31st 2012.
