We are often asked for the recipe for some of our guided tour treats. 

Chocolate Coconut Brownie

This is a really easy 'saucepan' recipe which came from the Edmond Cookbook.

125g Butter

1/4c cocoa

1c sugar

2 eggs

1tsp vanilla essence

1/2c coconut

1/2c flour

1/2tsp baking powder

Melt butter in a medium sausepan.  Add cocoa. Stir over a low heat for 1 minute.  Remove from the heat and add eggs, and then everything else.  If you feel adventurous, add berries or chocolate buttons.

Bake at 180c for 30-35 min
